The dessert platter

Stuffed from a yummy dinner (corn on the cob, spinach quiche, bean salad, garlic bread) at a friend's place I could not resist the dessert platter: Date pastries, chocolate coated macaroons, delicious brie, and a wonderfully flagrant Riesling that had undertones of peach and pineapple. I am going to bed a very happy soul tonight.
