Pea soup

Rinse 1 and 1/2 cups of frozen peas and throw them in a pressure cooker with water. Add 1 pod of garlic, 2 slices of yellow onion, and some parsley into the pressure cooker. Cook everything for 10minutes approximately or 1 "whistle".
Empty contents into a blender, with 1 spoon light sour cream, salt, lots of freshly ground black pepper. Give it a good blend and your soup is ready.
