Lavash bites

Between 2 layers of flax seed, wheat lavash I filled a savory potato saute with Mexican hot sauce and pepper jack cheese. I cooked it on a non-stick and cut it into pieces. The lavash bites were a hit at the party we carried them too.

For the potato saute -
I boiled 1 large potato, then finely diced it. In a large pot, I heated some rosemary infused olive oil, sauteed 1 sliced white onion, 1 diced garlic pod, 3-4 slices of pickled jalapenos diced, 1 diced tomato, handful of green olives chopped fine, some shredded carrot, and 5-6 chopped mushroom, with the potato, salt, pepper, paprika, dry Italian herbs.
