Tandoori artichokes

This is a real simple appetizer to put together. I took jarred artichokes (soaking in olive oil, lime and some spices - got it from Costco), placed them in a skillet on high, sprinkled tandoori masala, paprika, salt, and some chat masala and let them cook for a good 15-20mins till they became crisp. All the spices I sprinkled were in approximation. So keep turning the artichokes around and taste them to see what more they need.

The tandoori masala and chat masala you can get from the Indian store. The chat masala adds a nice tart because of the dry mango powder in it.

Garnish with parsley and there you have it - a platter of toothpick appetizers.
