Vegetarian Nuggets aka "Gatte"


This dish is one of my all time favourites - its a complete meal in that it has rice, flour, lentils and vegetables. They are steamed, then lightly sauteed and served with green chutney and loads of fresh yogurt. I always ball park the ingredients because I am so used to this recipe. But for your sake I am going to get back with specific proportions to get the texture right.
