Tofu stir fry

Ingredients:
. 1 slab Extra firm tofu
. Soy sauce
. Red chili oil
. Sesame oil
. Canola oil
. Brown sugar
. Sriracha sauce
. Tamarind paste
. Crushed peanuts

Take a large flat Teflon pan, throw in 2 tbsp of Canola oil, 1 tbsp red chilly oil, and 1 tbsp sesame oil for taste. Adjust the red chilly oil to your spice liking. Let the oil heat up for 1-2mins, then the crushed peanuts, followed by 1 tbsp of brown sugar and let that melt. Now add in 3 tbsp of soy sauce (get the low sodium one), 1 tbsp of sriracha, and 1 tsp of tamarind paste. Mix everything and add pieces of tofu, such that they are all flat on the pan and not piled up on top of each other. Keep the flame on medium to high and let one surface of the tofu cook, then flip them over time to let all sides brown. It takes about 15 minutes. You can add in some green onions for garnish.
