Baby potato ricotta bites


Ingredients:
1/2 potato
1 tbsp full fat ricotta
handful frozen peas
salt to taste
pinch of turmeric pwd

Method:
I boiled the potato and peas, mashed them, then added in the seasonings and ricotta and worked it all into an even paste.
Then made small bite size balls and flattened them.
I cooked them on a non stick pan with very little butter.
Then waited for them to cool before serving.
