Calcium rich foods

Recently my grandmother got her bone marrow density check and we learnt her Calcium was dangerously low. It immediately prompted me to find diet solutions to aid whatever the doctor has prescribed. I was surprised to learn of some of the foods in the list and wanted to share with all of you. Daily intake of Calicum should be around 1000mg for adults. It varies ofcourse with age and gender and if you are pregnant.
